Damage resulting from external causes such as acts of nature, fire, theft, or vandalism is also not covered.

Submitting a Warranty Claim:
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.Depending on the nature of the claim, we may request additional information or photographs to assess the problem.Our customer support team will review your claim and determine whether it qualifies for warranty coverage.

Resolution of Warranty Claims:
If your warranty claim is approved, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective product or provide a refund.If a replacement product is not available, we may offer a similar product of equal value as a substitute.The resolution of warranty claims is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation by Luvoksi

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your account has been charged, the amount shall be refunded back to source within 5-7 working days.

Cancellations by the Customer

In case of requests for order cancellations, Caprese reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed / approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund credit within 5-7 working days shall be given to you. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. Caprese has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Caprese and accept Caprese decision regarding the cancellation.

Refunds Policy

No refund shall be given in any case, including but not limited to the following:
return of products in case of defective products/products not as per the original order.
(ii) non-processing of order due to technical errors.
(iii) cancellation of order.
Delivery charges, if charged any, will not be refunded under any circumstances.
